30-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund. After this period, we may not be able to accept your request.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in new, unused condition.
  • It must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase or an order number must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Consumable goods
  • Digital products or gift cards
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance
  • Customized or personalized products

If an item cannot be returned, it will be stated on the product page.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:

  • A clear photo or video of the damaged item
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

We will replace the item at no extra cost or provide a full refund based on your preference.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds May Apply If:

  • Items show signs of use
  • Packaging is missing or damaged

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
For size or color exchanges, you may need to return the item and place a new order.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, your order may already be processed by our fulfillment team and cannot be canceled.
In this case, you may wait until the item arrives and then request a return.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
If this happens, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible.
